Flower delivery in Hlučín from a local florist
Hlučín lies on the Opava River, about 10 km north-west of Ostrava. It is the centre of Hlučínsko. In 2025, it had about 13,400 residents.
Přemysl Otakar II probably founded the town around 1256; its oldest surviving town charter dates from 1303. Hlučínsko was part of Prussia from 1742 to 1920 and joined Czechoslovakia on 4 February 1920. After its reconstruction between 2002 and 2007, the castle now houses a museum, an art school and the town library. The parish church of St John the Baptist stands beside the castle, and together they are among the main landmarks of the historic centre.
Rohovský also brings flowers from Opava to Hlučín.
A bouquet can be handed over at home, at work, at school or at the polyclinic. Recipients can also receive flowers at a senior home, town hall, cultural centre or sports hall.
